I have plenty other complaints during the one visit, but this one summarizes it all. Had asked him to raise the headlamp focus which were too low. He lowered them further. He charged me for the work still and asked me to come back again when he wasn't busy. To this day I have not been able to get his appointment. I drove my car on high beam for a year. At the end got the work done right at another shop, for a lower price.
