  Cutis Romanoski asked for a $6,000.00 retainer and billed me for handing him the check. I contacted him non stop asking and got NOTHING! He mentally checked out and filed bankruptcy. He never represented me.
  JUST STOLE MONEY! Worse, Fee Arbitration said his reputation allows him to do so.
  I HAVE to accept one star to post a criminal.
