  A number of people where I work hired Curt. I think I was the first. We were both former USN officers. My wife’s lawyer was a bit of an ass. We have a boatload of 4 kids and my wife and her lifestyle would not have been good for them. Curt settled the whole thing at our esp and that was that. We are very happy. The other lawyer did nothing but collect a fee from my ex. It’s good to have the good guy.

  I came into his office with a complaint I put together myself and it had all the details of the settlement in it. I told him that my wife was going to agree to everything in it. He said that is hardly ever the case. When my wife obtained a lawyer, the lawyer said it was in no way acceptable. We had a settlement conference in Curt’s office and we ironed everything out with some give and take. Both my wife and her lawyer liked and respected Curt’s take on things. I didn’t get everything I was pitching in my complaint, but it was still fair and good for my kids.
