  Horrible customer service. I went in there trying to ship a box. I had to open it after forgetting to put a piece of paper in there. I didn't bring my tape with me to re seal it back up. When I asked the lady at the counter for 12 inches of tape, she said she couldn't do it and asked for me to buy a full ream off the shelf. I've been to other locations where they were MORE than happy to accommodate me with some tape to reseal my box. I see why this location is rated so low. Do you sell a favor and go elsewhere.   I am very happy to have a UPS facility right around my door. The people there are very friendly and they would do the best they can within their rules and regulations to accommodate your needs. As a competitive semi-pro triathlete, I have been using UPS to ship my bike to my major races and I will keep on working with them. They went out of their way to help me out.
